Meet Our Coaches

Why Choose WSC Coaching?

At Westcastle Ski Club, athletes are supported by a coaching team with experience across club, provincial, national, and international levels of ski racing. Our strength is not just one coach or one program stream – it is the depth of the full coaching roster and the shared commitment to developing athletes the right way.

Experienced Coaching Team: WSC athletes learn from coaches with backgrounds in alpine racing, FIS competition, provincial team coaching, ski cross, freestyle, officials training, and long-term athlete development.

Clear Athlete Pathway: From Nancy Greene through Performance programming and beyond, WSC provides a progressive development pathway that helps athletes build confidence, skill, race awareness, and independence.

Whole-Athlete Development: Our coaches focus on technical skiing, tactical understanding, mental preparation, teamwork, resilience, and character — not just results on race day.

Individual Attention Within a Team Environment: WSC offers the benefit of a close-knit club culture where athletes are known, supported, and challenged according to their stage of development.

Proven Experience, Local Commitment: Our coaches bring experience from across the ski racing world back to Castle Mountain, giving WSC athletes access to high-level knowledge in a strong community setting.
