To get the latest update about the club, and how the weather might affect club plans, please visit Westcastle Ski Club's Facebook page. As a general rule, our Facebook page will be updated in the late afternoon the day prior to ski club, to indicate how the weather might affect the club.
In order to get the most accurate forecast for the weather at CMR, Westcastle Ski Club will refer to the forecast on www.snow-forecast.com.
If the air temperature for the start of the club skiing day is forecast to be -25 degrees Celsius or colder, the club will cancel skiing for that day and make attempts to reschedule.
If the air temperature is forecast to be less than -15 degrees Celsius, the start of skiing may be delayed, but athletes should arrive as regularly scheduled and be prepared for the cold conditions with extra clothes, hand warmers, etc.
